Inside Sales Representative Company: Bluworld HOMelements
Description Bluworld, the largest indoor waterfall design and manufacturing company in the U.S., is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to become part of our team. You must be able to handle a fast-paced, rapid growth environment. Immediate opportunity. This individual will be responsible for the day to day management of specific accounts for our HOMelements Division. The primary responsibility is to contact and solicit new retail dealers to purchase and sell Bluworld water features through their retail sales outlet. Additional responsibilities include client management, data entry, answering inbound customer calls, resolving customer issues, and assisting customers with troubleshooting. Minimal travel required. Requirements A minimum of 2 years inside sales experience is required with a proven record of success in inside sales. Call center environment experience is a plus. Candidate should possess a high level of organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with ACT or other CRM applications a plus.
Position requires ability to build a residual dealer base to increase average monthly sales. Additional requirements include:
- Meet and exceed minimum sales quotas
- Exceptional communication skills
- Maintain customer database
- Support Corporate sales strategies in assigned categories
- Participate in National trade shows
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
