Bluworld is The World Leader of Exquisite Water Design and we stand behind all of our water features. Many of our water features have our standard one year warranty on components and labor but often times those components are covered by a separate manufacturer's warranty that could be up to 5 years. When you contact Bluworld customer service about care or maintenance of your water feature, please have your account name, sales order or invoice number and "ship to" address on hand for reference.

Email is the preferred method for submitting your customer service request and often times the quickest.
